1-MS Modified Silicone Sealant
1-MS Modified Silicone Sealant is a one part type modified silicone based sealant which has fast curing property. It is suitable to be applied in areas such as:

Applications


Exterior: Seam or lap between roofs and wall, sheet metals, construction panels, granite and aluminium frame
Interior: Unit bath, kitchen, basin
Others: Joint and lap for automotives and marines

1-MS Sealant shows the characteristics of:
• Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to any substrates especially with primer
• Paintability: Surface is able to be painted by any paints, after 1 week curing
• Workability: Stable extrudability in wide temperature range
• Cureability: Fast cure
• Stainability: Non-staining to tiles, mortar and concrete

In addition, 1-MS Sealant is odorless, no shrinkage, durable and heat proof.

Packing: 300ml per cartridge; 20 cartridges per box.
