Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 is a cyanoacrylate based, quick curing type adhesive. This adhesive rapidly cures by a small quantity of moisture on the surface of the adhered material or in the air. It takes only a few seconds to attach many kinds of adhered material strongly. Though applied by a non-expert, with Penguin Cyanoace E-5000, operation time can be greatly reduced and procedure rationalized. Characteristics
- Its cure time is so short that Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 reaches perfect adhesion within only 3 to 90 seconds.
- Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 is a one part type adhesive, so there is no need to mix hardener.
- Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 does not need to heated for curing; cures easily at room temperature.
- Being a non-solvent type adhesive, there is no need to spare time to dry solvent.
- Neither drying nor pressing is needed. Just press lightly with hand and superior adhesion can be gained.
- As shows low viscosity and good elongation, required application amount of Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 is only half of one ordinary adhesive.

Application
- Clean the adhered surface by removing dirt, dust, oil, rust and etc.
- Apply a small quantity of Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 to the adhered surface.
- Rub the adhered materials together and fix them so that Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 can spread evenly.
- The thinner it is spread, the sooner Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 cures with stronger adhesion. The quicker the adhered materials are rubbed together after application, the stronger the adhesive will become.
- Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 cures within 10 to 90 seconds. (variation in figure is according to the kinds of adhered materials or their surface condition).
- This superior adhesive reaches practical strength within 30 to 120 minutes at room tempature.
- Sunstar Penguin Cyanoace E-5000 is available for almost all kinds of material except polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone and fluoride resin.
